How I can help
At Journey with Me, I provide flexible support tailored to the unique needs of each education setting, team and family supporting children (aged 2-11) who may be showing early characteristics of neurodivergence or navigating social, emotional and mental wellbeing challenges. My focus is entirely on early intervention, offering practical, strategy-based support to create environments where children can thrive, and a formal diagnosis is not required to access my service.
Support for Early Years and Primary School Settings

Particularly beneficial for new practitioners, support staff and teams seeking targeted strategies aligned with the Graduated Approach

Child-Centred Therapeutic Interventions
Individual and small-group, strategy-based sessions tailored to each child’s interests, strengths and areas of need. Drawing on my training in Therapeutic Life Story Work, AutPlay and Therapeutic Play, sessions provide opportunities to explore emotions, develop confidence, build relationships and support emotional wellbeing.
